Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #d3d2c1 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #f5c8fe (or at your choice).

Step 2

Open a transparent image of 600 x 60 pixels.

Selections - Select all.

Step 3

Copy paper 'NLD Paper (2)'.

Back to your working image - Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Copy tube 'NLD frame'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Move it a little to the right - see main image.

Step 5

Copy tube 'NLD bow'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on the upper left corner of the frame.

Step 6

Copy tube 'NLD wordart'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on the left side.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Step 7

Copy tube 'NLD plants'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place them on the left side in the text circle.

Move this layer below the text layer.

Step 8

Copy tube 'NLD doodle'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the doodle on the plants.

Step 9

Copy tube 'NLD egg2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the egg left below - see main image.

Step 10

Copy tube 'NLD egg1'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place this egg on the left side, just behind the first egg.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Step 11

Copy tube 'NLD nest'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Move them down and to the left - see main image.

Step 12

Copy tube 'NLD flowers'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Move them down and to the right - see main image.

Step 13

Copy tube 'NLD wordart2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the text on top of your crea.

Step 14

Copy the tube you want to use.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Resize if necessary.

Place the tube a little to the right - see my example.

Step 15

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 60 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 16

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Step 17

Set your foreground to 'Foreground-background' - Linear - with these settings:

Step 18

Image - Add borders - 4 pixels.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Step 19

Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Jeans - with these settings:

Step 20

Copy tube 'Annarella'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in one of the corners.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.

Step 21

Add your name and/or watermark.

Step 22

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
