This tutorial was made in PSP 9, but can also be made in the other versions.

 

Here you can download the materials.

It contains: 6 tubes - 2 patterns - 1 font.

Open the font and minimize it, or load fonts by Tools of font FXplorer - Click 'Load Fonts (by Folder) - click on the font you want and it's in your font in PSP.

If you have placed everything in it's folder, you can start :-)

 

Stap 1

Set your foreground color to #f8eee6.

Set your background color to #f3c8a9.

Set your foreground to gradient "Foreground-background"- Linear - with these settings:

Open tube "Daylight".

Flood fill the image with your gradient.

Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - Uniform and Monochrome checked - 5.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load "Auswahl 1".

Flood fill the selection with below gradient:

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor minus 3 - Opacity 25 - Blur 5 - color black.

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill the selection with silver pattern "Glitter".

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load "Auswahl 2".

Flood fill the selection with gradient from step 2.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 5

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill the selection with silver pattern "Glitter".

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Close the bottom layer.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Name this layer "Diamond".

Open the bottom layer - but stay on your top layer.

Step 6

Copy tube "SS_990_Misted".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the right side.

Step 7

Copy tube "great-pc-rose-PatryMist".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 85% - All layers not checked - if necessary, repeat 2x.

Place the rose in the lower left corner.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.

Step 8

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Pull them with your Distortion tool to the right side:

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 28.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.

Layers - Arrange - Move down - repeat 1x.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - with these settings:

Activate the "Diamond layer" - erase carefully everything what's under the woman.

Step 9

Copy tube "diamand".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place them on the vertical bar - see main image:

Paste your tube again on your working image.

Image - Rotate - Free - Rotate - same settings as before.

Place these diamonds to the right side at the top of the bar - see image below:

Layers - Duplicate - place it at the bottom, between the rose and the woman.

Move this layer below the "Rose layer" and under the "Woman layer".

Step 10

Set your foreground to the silver pattern - you background to color:

Activate your Text tool - font Anastasia - with these settings:

Type your text.

Put your text on the vertical bar - pul the text a little apart.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 50 - Blur 1 - color black.

Step 11

Copy tube "starwhitezx".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Put the star on a nice place.

Using Duplicate, Mirror and Resize you get multiple stars.

Step 12

Copy tube "Rahmen 1".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Copy tube "Rahmen 2".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 13

Add your name and/or watermark.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
