Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

 

Take a gold pattern of your choice - Angle 0 - Scale 100.

Open a transparent image of 25 x 485 pixels.

Set your foreground color to #707abf.

Set your background color to #132879.

Set your background to your gold pattern - Angle 0 - Scale 100.

Flood fill your image with your foreground color.

Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - Gaussian checked - 30 - Monochrome not checked.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your background color.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 10 pixels.

Selections - Invert - Press delete.

Selections - Select none.

Edit - Copy - Edit - Paste as a new image.

You now have only the dark image.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Edges, Square - Square Edge 04.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic antique - with these settings:

Remove in your layer palette the middle layer (without the plugin).

Step 3

Activate your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Make a selection - see image below:

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - same settings as before.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 4 pixels.

Step 4

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Selections - Modify - Select selections borders - Inside - Anti-alias checked - 2.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel - Sink - or with these settings (you can save it as Sink):

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Select the inside of your image - see image below:

Step 5

Copy tube 'kerstmisty'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Opacity of this layer to 30.

Selections - Invert - Press delete.

Selections - Invert.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Copy tube 'kerst 19 bij laur@'.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Resize - 115% - All layers not checked.

Add your watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

 

Part 2

Animation

 

Step 7

Open tube 'kerst 9 bij Laura'.

Layers - Duplicate - Close the original layer.

Remove the background layer and the watermark layer.

Image - Resize - 50% - All layers checked - repeat with 65%.

Edit - Copy - Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the upper right corner - see image below:

Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Step 8

Back to PSP.

Place the tube with your Move tool a bit down.

Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 9

Back to PSP.

Place the tube with your Move tool more down - see image below:

Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 10

Back to PSP.

Keep repeating this until your tube is on the left side - see image below:

Make sure the tube is completely out of the picture.

Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 11

Back to PSP.

Edit - Undo - until the tube appears.

Image - Mirror.

Activate your Distortion tool - Rotate the tube - see image below:

Place him at the lower left corner - see image below:

Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 12

Back to PSP.

Place the tube a bit more to the right.

Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Repeat this until the tube is on the right side.

Place the tube not in too large steps to the right.

If the tube is out of your window: Edit - Copy merged.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 13

Back to PSP.

Activate your Text tool - Font Bonnet - Create as Vector - or use your own font.

Close your foreground color.

Set your background to your gold pattern.

Type your text - put it on a nice place.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - color black.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Edit - Copy.

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

You stay in AS.

Step 14

Edit - Select all.

Animation - Frame properties - 50.

Click in the laste frame.

Animation - Frame properties - 150.

Animation - Resize animation - Width 600 pixels.

Step 15

View - Animation.

You now can see how your animation looks.

If you are satisfied:

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
