It's an easy and short lesson.

 

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #585484.

Set your background color to #000000 (black).

Open a transparent image of 700 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill your image with black.

Copy tube '2010hongkonsky'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Opacity of this layer to 42.

Step 2

Copy tube 'earth'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Move it a bit down - see main image.

Set the Opacity of this layer to 70.

Step 3

Copy tube 'iss4'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 75% - All layers not checked.

Repeat with 1x with 75% - repeat 1x with 85%.

Set the Opacity of this layer to 80.

Step 4

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - 1 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - 25 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 45 - Repeats 3 - Invert not checked.

Flood fill the border with this gradient.

Effects - Texture effects - Weave - with these settings:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Selections - Select none.

Step 5

Image - Add borders - 1 pixel - black.

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - #585484.

Image - Add borders - 2 pixels - black.

Add your watermark.

Save as a Jpg file and you're done!
