This tutorial was made in PSP X9, but can also be made in the
other versions.
For this tutorial you need Animation Shop (AS)
and the following plugins:
Custom plugin - Emboss_3
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow
Filter Factory Gallery J - Drink to me
Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3 Complete
Simple - Blintz and Zoom Out and Flip
You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your
PSP, so they work immediately.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 6 tubes - 1 mask - 1 preset - 1 animation - 1
font.
Click double on the preset, it's automatically in the preset
of Perspective Shadow.
Open the font and minimize it,
or load fonts by Tool of font FXplorer and it's in your font in PSP.

The tubes are by Guismo, Linette and Malackatube.
The mask is by @nn.
The other tube is unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #e9e3d5 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #a29c98 (or at your choice).
Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 0 - Repeats 0
- Invert not checked - see image below:

Open tube 'alpha_Nieuwjaar 20172 - Shift+D to copy it.
Close the original, the copy is your working image.
Flood fill your image with your gradient.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'malackatube e052'.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 30.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these
settings:

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Blintz.
Effects - Plugins - Simple - Zoom Out and Flip.
Again: Effects - Plugins - Simple - Blintz.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - with these settings:

Effects - Filter Factory Gallery J - Drink to me: 15
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
channel - load 'Selectie1' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with color #61554d.
Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:

Selections - Modify - Contract - 40 pixels.
Press Delete.
Flood fill the selection with your gradient.
Don't deselect!
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Copy tube 'calguismist201229122011'.
Paste into the selection.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L) - or at your
choice.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact -
Perspective Shadow.
Click tab Settings - click preset Nieuwjaar2017_Magnifique -
see image below:

Selections - Select none.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these
settings:

Activate your bottom layer.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with color #61554d.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask
'@nn_200610_mask_020_tdstudio' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Activate your top layer.
Step 6
Copy tube 'poudredoretoile_newyear_linette'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Step 7
Copy tube 'Vuurwerk 31069d73'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Step 8
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixels - color #61544b.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - color #e9e3d5.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - color #61544b.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:

Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact -
Perspective Shadow - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.
Step 9
Copy tube 'malackatube e052'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her on the left side - see main image.
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 11
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete

Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Graduated
Filters - with these settings:

Activate your Text tool - font ARDESTINE - Size 67 - with
these settings:

If you use an other PSP version you have to change the size.
Don't make it too narrow, because it needs to be filled.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Selections - Select all.
Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat.
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Graduated
Filters - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Duplicate.
Change the Blend mode to Dodge.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact -
Perspective Shadow - same settings as before.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Edit - Copy.
Step 13
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Click 1x Ctrl+C - click now 14x Ctrl+L.
You now have 15 frames.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Step 14
Open animation 'SimoneAni484-MNG' in AS.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.
Back to your main animation.
Edit - Paste - Into selected frame.
Give it a nice place or see main image.
Step 15
Animation - Frame properties: 20.
Animation - Resize animation - Width 800 pixels.
Step 16
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - 1x Finish.
