For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
AAA Frames - Foto Frame
[AFS Import] - Sqborder2

You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
 you can
download the materials.
It contains: 3 tubes - 1 mask - 2 selections - 1 font - 1 plugins preset.
Double click on preset 'Magnifique ger1' and it's automatically in the right
plugin.
Place the selections in your Selection folder.
Open the font and minimize it.
Permission to use the tubes
The woman tube is by Alies.
The mask is by GB.
The other tubes are unknown to me.
If they are yours, please let me know so I can give you the proper credit.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #e1cbba (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #412416 (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Radial' - with these settings:
Flood fill your image with this gradient.
Step 2
Copy tube 'Alies 1-2VR002-woman-17052014'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope -
@Mirrored & Scaled - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tile - with these settings:
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'Mask_GB_05' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings - see image
below:
Step 4
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto frame - with these settings:
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk -
load selection 'Gerrie sel10' - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - AP [Lines] - Lines - SilverLining - with these settings:
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.
Layers - Duplicate - Image Mirror (horizontal search).
Move it a little down.
Step 6
Copy 'Element 3'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it on the left side - see main image.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 90 - nothing checked.
Place it in the middle - see main image.
Step 7
Activate your background layer.
Copy 'Element 4'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Hard light.
Step 8
Activate your top layer.
Layers - New raster layer.
Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.
Custom selection - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your background color.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - [AFS IMPORT] -
sqborder2 - with these settings:
Selections - Modify - Contract - 20 pixels.
Press Delete.
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 3 pixels.
Press Delete.
Selections - Select none.
Step 9
Effects - Geometric effects - Skew - with these settings:
Effects - Reflection effects - Rotating mirror - with these settings:
Layers - Arrange - Move down.
Step 10
Activate the 'Copy of background layer'.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Make Cube Tile.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.
Step 11
Activate your top layer.
Copy tube 'Alies 1-2VR002-woman-17052014'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 95% - All layers not checked.
Place her on the right side - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.
Step 12
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Gerrie sel11' - same settings as before.
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5:
Impact - Extrude.
Click tab 'Settings' - find preset 'Magnifique Ger1'.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5:
Impact - Glass.
Click tab 'Settings' - choose preset 'Clear - see image below:
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror (horizontal search).
Step 13
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Edit - Copy.
Step 14
Image - Add borders - foreground color - with these settings:
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:
Edit - Paste into the selection (it's still in memory).
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 10.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - default settings - see
image below:
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.
Step 15
Activate your Text tool - font AIRLOCK - with these settings:
Type 'Alies' or your own text.
Place it on the right side.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5:
Impact - Extrude.
Click tab 'Settings' - choose Magnifique Ger1.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
