For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
AAA Frames - Custom
Flaming Pear - Flexify 2
Mehdi - Weaver

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

It contains: 1 color label - 8 tubes - 2 masks - 1 font +
explanation - 1 preset - 1 custom plugin.
Double click on the preset 02_shadow.f1s and it's
automatically in the right plugin.
Place Flexify 2 settings.q2q in the preset folder of Flexify 2
(in Flaming Pear).
Place Emboss_3 in your preset folder.
Open FXplorer: click on Tools - Load fonts (by folder).
Go to the folder where your fonts are.
Click on the letter of the font you need.
When it's done, the fonts are in the fonts in PSP.
The tubes are by Drevers and Lily.
The masks are by VaZsu.

Open the tubes and the masks in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #c37c3e.
Set your background color to #000000.
The extra color is white (#ffffff).
Open a white image of 900 x 550 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your foreground color.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'Drevers Women'.
Back to your working image.
Edit - Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Weaver - with these settings:

Image - Add borders - Symmetric not checked - background color
- with these settings:
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these
settings:
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Step 4
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - background color.
Selections - Select all.
Edit - Copy.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric not checked - foreground color
- with these settings:
Selections - Invert.
Edit - Paste into the selection.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 10.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 65 - Blur 25 - background color.
Selections - Select none.
Step 6
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with white.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'VaZsu Mask
1' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flexify 2 - with these
settings:
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Step 8
Copy tube 'Deco tekst 1'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
If you want, you can also color the text if.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: minus 356 - 0.

Copy tube 'Deco_2'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: minus 373 - 0.

Copy tube 'Deco_5'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Don't move the tube.

Copy tube 'magicr_lovewa4'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Don't move the tube.

Copy tube '486967tubeshommestiram54'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move him a little to the left - see main image.
Layers - Arrange - Move down - repeat 1x.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 75.
If you want, you can move the tubes until you like it.

Copy tube 'Femme 214 by Lily'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Text tool - font Dandelion-soup - Size 30 - Made

Close your foreground color.
Set your background color to white.
Type 'Always'.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
