For this lesson you need the following plugins:

Distortion Filters - Smelter 1

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

Step 1

Open the tubes and the background in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to ##b38b71 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #513519 (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 5 - Invert not checked.

Step 2

Open a transparent image of 650 x 550 pixels.

Selections - Select all.

Copy picture 'JHanna_87_bground'.

Back to your working image - paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Step 3

Open tube 'betti_clock_14.07.2009'.

Image - Resize - Height 330 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the upper left corner.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 65 - Blur 2 - color black.

Step 4

Open tube 'Christin_StilLIfe11_2009'.

Image - Resize - Width 350 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the lower left corner.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 5

Open tube '1669-luzcristina'.

Image - Resize - Height 500 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image

Place her totaly to the right.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 7

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - foreground color.

Activate your Magic wand - Outside checked - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Distortion Filters - Smelter 1 - default settings.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 10.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas Fine - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Step 10

Image - Resize - Width 500 pixels - All layers checked.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
