This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need Animation Shop (AS)
and the following plugins:
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 7 tubes - 1 pattern - 1 texture - 1 font - 1 preset for
Perspective Shadow.
Place the pattern in your Pattern folder.
Place the texture in your Texture folder.
Double click on the preset, it's automatically in the right plugin.
Open the font and minimize it.
Permission to use the tubes
The tubes are by Gerrie, Heidis, Mara and Nara Plamplona.
The other tubes are unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #f1e9c4 - or at your choice.
Set your background color to #36425b - or at your choice.
Set your background to pattern 'Tuile-Motif' - Angle 0 - Scale 100.
Open a transparent image of 750 x 550 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Effects - Texture effects - Texture 'wp_floral_1069' - with these settings:
Step 2
Copy tube 'diivhsk- 2011-134'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 2x 80% - All layers not checked.
Move it up, almost against the edge - see main image.
Step 3
Copy tube 'diivhsk- 2011-76'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move it a little up, just a little below the 2 little towers - see main image..
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow.
Click tab Settings - click on 'Magifique Asian Beauty shadow' - see image
below:
Click tab Basic - with these settings:
Step 4
Copy tube 'TubeNP- Oriental2'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her on the right side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 6 - color black.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Edit - Copy.
Step 5
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - color white.
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your pattern.
Selections - Select none.
Step 6
Image - Add borders - Symmetric not checked - with these settings:
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Cutout - with these settings:
Selections - Invert.
Edit - Paste into the selection (it's still in memory).
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Weaver - default settings - see image below:
Selections - Select none.
Step 7
Copy tube 'diivhsk- 2011-58-b' (with this tube you don't have to remove the
black shadow above the pearls).
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower left corner.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Step 8
Copy tube 'tube by Gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower left corner, just above the pearls.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Right - 15 - nothing checked.
You now can see a small part of his leg.
Activate your Eraser - Size 5 - remove the leg part you can see.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Set your background to pattern 'Tuile-Morif'.
Activate your Text tool - font Samarkan - Size 72 - see image below:
Type the word 'Asian' with separate letters and on separate layers.
Type the word 'Beauty' with your text on Vertical.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Place the letters and the word as you can see in main image.
Step 11
Close your bottom layer.
Activate one of the other layers.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Open your bottom layer, but stay on your top layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 65 - Blur 7 - color black.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 12
Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - Feather and Smooth to 0 -
see image below:
Make a selection around the inside border, the letters and the pearls - see
image below:
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 13
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 14
Back to PSP.
Click 2x Undo.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click 1x Random
Seed.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 15
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 16
Back to PSP.
Click 2x Undo.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click 1x Random
Seed.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 17
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 18
Animation - Frame properties - 15.
Step 19
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
Give your crea a name and Save it.
