This tutorial was made in PSP 19, but can also be made in other versions.

For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

AP [Lines] (or AP 01 Innovations) - Lines - SilverLining

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize

Nik software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete

Simple - Left Right Wrap

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

you can download the materials.

It contains: 1 color label - 4 tubes - 1 brush - 1 mask.

The tubes are by Cyrianne, Gerrie and Indian.

The mask is by Narah.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #f4e6e8.

Set your background color to #292f4b.

Set  your foreground to gradient 'Sunburst' - with these settings:

Open a white image of 950 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill this image with your gradient.

Step 2

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize - 70% - All layers not checked.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Left Right Wrap.

Step 3

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - AP [Lines] - Lines - SilverLining - Dotty Grid - with these settings:

Step 4

Layers - Duplicate.

Activate Copy of raster 1.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom Blur - default settings - see image below:

Step 5

Activate your top layer.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with white.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Narah-mask-1383 - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Geometric effects - Skew - with these settings:

Step 6

Copy tube 'cyrianne-deco01'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 7

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - color white.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - color white.

Step 9

Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Tonal Contrast - see image below:

Step 10

Copy tube 'GerrieWordArt Bliss'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the text on the right side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Step 11

Copy tube 'Indian woman 9f58ce3c'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Place her totaly to the left.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'Sunburst' - with these settings:

Stamp 1x with your foreground color in your image - see image below:

Step 13

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!

Step 14

If you want to show your crea on my site, please sent me an email with your creation and the name of the lesson.
