For this tutorial you need Animation Shop (AS)
and the following plugins:
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the picture in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #d3221d - or at your choice.
Set your background color to #152e49 - or at your choice.
Open image 'achtergrond ger' - this is your working image.
Step 2
Copy tube 'multi stars'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.
Step 3
Copy tube 'MMDesignz'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Open tube 'DiceyCardGuy~SF'.
Image - Resize - Height 400 pixels.
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower right corner.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 100 - Blur 7 - color black.
Step 4
Copy tube 'cadre vir'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it a little to the left - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 5
Copy tube 'pinup047ks315goed'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her in the tube 'cadre vir' - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 6
Copy tube 'Kaarten met een hartje'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it at the bottom of your crea and a little to the left.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place them upper left - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 9
Decorate your crea with tubes from tube 'CasinoSheet05~FT'.
Paste them each on a new layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 11
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - foreground color.
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 100 - Blur 40 - color black.
Step 12
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default
settings.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - with these
settings:

Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 13
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 14
Back to PSP.
Click 2x Undo.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click 1x Random
Seed - click OK.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 15
Back to PSP.
Click 2x Undo.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click 1x Random
Seed - click OK.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 16
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
Give your crea a name and Save it.
