Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

It contains: 3 tubes - 1 mask - 1 font.
Open the font and minimize it.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #fee9cc (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #3d271c (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 650 x 550 pixels.
Step 2
Open tube 'k@rine_ dreams _Pretty_Face_1781_Juin,_2011'.
Shift+D to copy it.
Remove layer 3.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Set your foreground to this pattern - with these settings:
Flood fill your image with this pattern.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 48 - Mixing Dots and More Dots - default settings - see image
below:
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask '135_msk_por_silvina_vanesa_orsi' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 10 - Opacity 70 - Blur 10 - color black.
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.
Custom selection - with these settings:
Selections - Modify - Select selection borders - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with a color of your choice.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1 - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 5
Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:
Click in the middle of the frame.
Copy tube 'k@rine_ dreams _Pretty_Face_1781_Juin,_2011'.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Geometric effects - Circle - Transparent checked.
Image - Mirror.
Place the frame on a nice place.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 6
Copy tube 'Image15'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 7
Copy tube 'pspmagnifique Gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Or type your own text with font FETTE___' - Size 16.
Pull it out so the text will be a little higher.
Put it on a nice place.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature - Glass - default settings.
Step 8
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 9
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 60 pixels - background color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default
settings.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 15 - Opacity 70 - Blur 15 - color black.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -15 (minus 15).
Selections - Select none.
Step 10
Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - with these settings:
Make a selection around the chocolate drops of the ice and of the hand - see
image below:
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature - Drip - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 11
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 12
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature - Drip - Click 1x Random
Seed.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 13
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 14
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature - Drip.
Set Taper and Dribbel to 5 - click 1x Random Seed.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 15
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 16
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature - Drip.
Set Taper and Dribbel to 5 - click 1x Random Seed.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 17
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Edit - Select all.
Animation - Frame properties - 25.
Step 18
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
