and the following plugins:

FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

Tramages - Starmaker

Import plugin Tramages into Filters Unlimited 2.0, then you have more plugins and also Starmaker.

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Open the font and minimize it.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the picture in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #671915 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #230707 (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 38 - Repeats 4 - Invert not checked.

Open a transparent image of 650 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your background color.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Select all.

Copy picture 'De wereld draait door'.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.

Set the Opacity of this layer to 60 - or at your choice.

Step 3

Copy tube 'mc3205'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the right side, a little from the edge - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 60 - Blur 15 - color black.

Step 4

Copy tube 'Mtm_Abstarct 25-29 sept 2007'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - Width 200 pixels.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 5

Activate your Text tool - font Magneto - with these settings:

For PSP 9, the Size is 16. Pull the height with your Distortion tool.

Use a color of your choice.

Type 'The World Keeps Turning'.

Place the text upper left - see main image.

Turn it a little.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 60 - Blur 3 - color black.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Overlay.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tramages - Starmaker - with these settings:

Edit - Copy.

Step 7

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Step 8

Back to PSP.

Click Undo 1x.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tramages - Starmaker - with these settings:

Edit - Copy.

Step 9

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Step 10

Back to PSP.

Click Undo 1x.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tramages - Starmaker - with these settings:

Edit - Copy.

Step 11

To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Step 12

View - Animation.

You now can see how your animation looks.

If you are satisfied:

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
