This tutorial was made in PSP X4, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need Animation Shop
and the following plugins:
Custom plugin - Emboss_3
Flaming Pear - Make Cube Tile
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow
Mehdi - Sorting Tiles
Mirror Rave - Quadrant Flip
MuRa's Meister - Perspective Tiling and Copies
You can download the plugins
 Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they work immediately.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 6 tubes - 1 mask - 1 color label - Custom plugin Emboss_3 (place it in your
Presets folder).
Permission to use the tubes
The tubes are by Dark Man, Maryse and Magnifique Ger.
The mask is by Narah.
The other tubes are unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #cdc8b5 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #8a586a (or at your choice).
Set your foreground to gradient 'Sunburst' - with these settings:
Open a transparent image of 900 x 650 pixels.
Flood fill your image with this gradient.
Step 2
Open tube 'MRNew Year'.
Remove the watermark - Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies - Wall Paper - with these
settings:
Press Reset until you like it.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 30.
Step 3
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Mirror Rave - Quadrant Flip - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - default settings.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Make Cube Tile.
Step 4
Click on your Selection tool.
Custom selection - with these settings:
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Right - 90 - nothing checked.
Place it against the left edge - see image below:
Effects - Distortion effects - Warp - with these settings:
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 70 - Blur 30 - color black.
Activate your bottom layer.
Step 5
Copy tube 'Element 1'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it on the right side.
Step 6
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with white.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'Narah_mask_0583' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Place this layer below the copy of selection promote to layer.
Step 7
Activate the layer 'selection promote to layer'.
Click on your Selection tool.
Custom selection - with these settings:
Layers - New raster layer.
Copy tube 'nieuwjaarswensen Magnifique Ger'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.
Step 8
Copy tube 'MRNew Year Time'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 1x with 80% and 1x with 90% - All layers not checked.
Place it on the right side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before or at your
choice.
Step 9
Copy tube 'WordArt Cheers'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower left corner.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before or at your
choice.
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Step 11
Copy tube 'Champagne_by_darkManMX_@el'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it left below.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Step 12
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 3 pixels - color white.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 50 pixels - background color.
Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default
settings - see image below:
Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 70 - Blur 50 - color black.
Edit - Copy.
Step 13
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Press 1x Ctrl+C - click now 17x Ctrl+L.
You now have 18 frames.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Step 14
Open animation 'MagnifiqueGerrie' in AS.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.
Step 15
Back to your main animation.
Edit - Paste - Into selected frame.
Animation - Frame properties: 35.
Click in frame 18.
Animation - Frame properties - 200.
Step 16
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
