Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #d8d6e2 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #393439 (or at your choice).
Note the numbers of your H and S of your background color, you will need it
later.
Open tube 'achtergrond GER1' - this is your working image.
If you use other colors use your background H and S.
Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize - with these settings:

Step 2
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 -
<& Bkg Kaleidoscope> - Cake Mix - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 -
<& Bkg Kaleidoscope> - Mirrored Scale - with these settings:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Step 3
Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings:

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 -
<& Bkg Kaleidoscope> - @BlueBerry Pie - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Perspective Tiling - with these settings:

Activate your bottom layer.
Effects - Plugins - VanDerLee - UnPlugged-X - with these settings:

Step 4
Copy tube 'SvB (652) Beauty'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 2x 85% - All layers not checked.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 20.
Place her in the upper right corner.
Step 5
Copy tube 'parfum_pas_cher_tubed_by_thafs'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 197 - 23.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 6
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:
Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 100 - Blur 5 - color at your choice.
Repeat with Vert and Hor to -2 (minus 2).
Selections - Select none.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixels - background color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default
settings.
Selections - Select none.
Step 7
Copy tube 'SvB (653) Beauty'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 85% - All layers not checked.
Place her next to the parfum bottle - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 8
Copy tube 'PSPMagnifiqueGerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Place the text upper left - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Edit - Copy.
Step 10
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Click Ctrl+C - click now 5x Ctrl+L.
You now have 6 frames.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Step 11
Open animation '24ster' in AS.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.
Step 12
Activate your main animation.
Edit - Paste - Into selected frame.
Place this one on the ring of the woman.
Repeat 2x: Edit - Paste - Into selected frame.
Place them on the word art - or at your own choice.
Step 13
Animation - Frame properties - 25.
Step 14
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
