This tutorial was made in PSP X20, but can also be made in
other versions.
For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
AAA Frames - Foto Frame
Adjust - Variations
Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10 II> - Distortion Filters and VM
Stylize
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow
Simple - Centre Tile

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 1 color label - 9 tubes - 1 mask.
The tubes are by DBK, Elly.S and Isa.
The mask is by Narah.

The other tubes are unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #bc9fa1.
Set your background color to #424556.
Your 3rd color is #f893b1.
Your 4th color is #fcd6e5.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Radial' - Angle 0 - Repeats 5
- Invert not checked - see image below:
Open tube 'Alfa_Express_youself'.
Click Shift+D to duplicate it.
Close the original, the duplicate is your working image.
Flood fill your image with this gradient.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'femmebuste0256'.
Back to your working image.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - Next to each other
- or with these settings:
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:
Step 3
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Flip - Vert. search.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 50.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 4
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg
Kaleidoscope> - Kaleidoscope 4 - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom
Blur - default settings.
Effects - Plugins - Simple - Centre Tile - default settings.
Your crea looks like this:
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Distortion Filters
- Refractor 1 - see image below:
Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations - click 1x Original -
click 1x Darker (or at your choice) - see image below:
Step 5
Copy tube 'deco_1 - expressyouself'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Activate your Ruler (View - Ruler).
Place it on the left side - see image below.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 37.
Step 6
Copy tube 'deco_2 - expressyouself'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place this one also on the left side, a little over the other
- (Ruler to 155) - see image below:
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 35.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask
'Narah_mask_0591' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Step 8
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
channel - load selection 'Selectie 3' - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with white.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these
settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 9
Select the last border with your Magic wand - AA and Outside
checked - see image below:
Click 1x in the small white square.
Copy tube 'DBK think pink 047'.
Back to your working image.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
You can move it if nessecary - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 60 - Blur 20 - color black.
Step 10
Layers - Duplicate.
Move it a little down - see main image.
Layers - Duplicate.
Move this one also a little down - see main image.
Step 11
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
channel - load selection 'Selectie 2' - same settings as before.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool
Shadow - default settings.
Selections - Select none.
Step 12
Open tube 'DBK think pink 047'.
Copy the bow you like most.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked - repeat 2x.
Place it on the right side - see main image.
Step 13
Copy tube 'femmebuste0256'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 2x with 80% and 1x with 90% - All layers not
checked.
Place her on the right side - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 14
Copy tube 'tekst-98-Express-Youself-Ri'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Put the text on a nice place or see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 15
Copy tube 'Birds292019es'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the tube upper left - see main image.
Turn or rotate at your choice.
Step 16
Activate your bottom layer.
Copy tube 'Deco_3expressyouself'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the mask, left of the woman - see main image.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Hard light.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 53.
Step 17
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 18
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - color 4.
Edit - Copy.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixels - foreground
color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Edit - Paste into the selection.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool
Shadow - default settings.
Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
