If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they will work right away.   you can download the materials. It contains: 5 tubes - 1 brush - 1 color label - 1 mask - 1 preset. Place the brush and the brush tip in your Brush folder. Double click on the preset and it's automatically in the right plugin.   Permission to use the tubes   The tubes are by @ildiko, @nn, lly Renee and Jen. The mask is by @ildiko. The Copyright belongs to the original artist. Let the credit to the maker.   Step 1 Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now. Set your foreground color to #e0ded0 (or at your choice). Set your background color to #615943 (or at your choice). Extra color is #e97544. Open tube 'Alfa Fantasyart_Magnifique. Shift+D to copy it. Close the original, the copy is your working image. Flood fill your image with your foreground color. Don't make it too dark, otherwise it's not good. Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Metalfalls - with these settings: Step 2 Layers - New raster layer. Flood fill this layer with your foreground color. Change the Blend mode to Overlay (or at your choice). Selections - Select all. Copy tube 'Jen_Vrouw 825 7-1-2018'. Back to your working image - Paste into the selection. Selections - Select none. Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - Repeat - default settings. Layers - Merge - Merge visible. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 2 - 100 - 5 - nothing checked. Step 3 Layers - New raster layer. Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'Sun' - with these settings: Stamp it 2x on your crea with your foreground color. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask - same settings as before. Layers - Merge - Merge visible. Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Sandflowers Specials °V°> - Page Curl Bottom Vertical - with these settings: Click with your Magic wand in the transparent area. If it doesn't select it all in once, just do it again. Flood fill the selection with your foreground color. Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory Gallery C - Border Noisy Fade III - with these settings: Selections - Select none. Step 4 Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load Selection #1 - default settings - see image below: Selections - Promote selection to layer. Effects - Art media effects - Brush strokes - with these settings: Step 5 Copy tube 'Jen_Vrouw 825 7-1-2018'. Back to your working image. Paste into the selection. Selections - Modify - Select selection borders: both sides - 2 - Anti-alias checked. Flood fill the selection with your background color. Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Extrude. Settings: find preset 'Magnifique fantasyart. If you want an other color, you can do that by Basic - see image below: Selections - Select none. Effects - Image effects - Offset: 90 - 29 - Custom and Repeat checked. Step 6 Layers - New raster layer. Flood fill this layer with your background color. Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask '@ildiko_create_mask_free_037' - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge group. Step 7 Layers - New raster layer. Add your name and/or watermark. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Step 8 Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - background color. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 35 pixels - color black. Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings: Selections - Invert. Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings: Selections - Select none. Step 9 Copy tube 'prinsesmeteekhoorntubeelly'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Place her left below - see main image. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice. Step 10 Copy tube 'Renee'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Place it in the lower right corner. Step 11 Copy tube '@nn_040813_birds_WSE_tdstudio'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Place the birds in the upper right corner. Step 12 Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Graduated Neutral Density - see image below: Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
