Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #32303c (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #153033 (or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 900 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your background color.

Selections - Select all.

Copy tube 'Femme-1403-Azalee'.

Back to your working image - paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 10.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with white.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Beatrice Gulino' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Image - Mirror.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Step 3

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Effects - Plugins - MV's Plugins - PanoWarp - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 79 - Blur 21 - color black.

Repeat 1x with the same settings.

Step 4

Layers - New raster layer.

Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Custom selection - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 3 pixels.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - [AFS IMPORT] - Sqborder2 - with these settings:

Selections - Modify - Contract - 3 pixels.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Half Wrap.

Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the bottom little rectangle.

Step 5

Copy tube 'Femme-1403-Azalee'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place a part of the tube in the selection.

Image - Resize - at your choice - All layers not checked.

Selections - Invert.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Select with your Magic want the rectangle upper right.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Copy tube 'lizztish_zipped2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place a part of the tube in the selection.

Image - Resize - at your choice - All layers not checked.

Selections - Invert.

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge down - repeat 1x.

Step 7

Layers - Duplicate.

Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.

Activate the layer below this one.

Lower the Opacity to 75.

Step 8

Copy tube 'Designe_Corry'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 131 - 106 or your own H and S.

Place it on the left side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Place this layer below Raster 2.

Your layer palette looks like this:

Activate your top layer.

Step 9

Copy tube 'misted lips'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Move this tube a little to the left - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 40 - Blur 7 - foreground color.

Step 10

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'benice 132.2' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Place it on the left side, at the bottom of the edge - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Step 11

Activate your Picture tube - find a flower of your choice - with these settings:

Layers - New raster layer.

Stamp 1x upper left - see main image.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize: 132 - 65.

Step 12

Copy tube 'Femme-1403-Azalee'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 2x with 80% - All layers not checked.

Place her right below.

Move this layer under Raster 2.

Activate your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Select the line at the head of the woman - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Step 13

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 14

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Tonal Contrast - see image below:

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
