This tutorial was made in PSP X8, but can also be made in

For this tutorial you need Animation Shop (AS)
and the following plugins:
Filters Unlimited 2.0
Carolaine and Sensibility - CS Halloween2
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow
Tramage - Waffle
(you have to import the Circulator 2 into Filters Unlimited 2.0)
VM Distortion - Radiator II
You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.

you can download the materials.
It contains: 6 tubes - 1 color label - 1 font.
Open FXplorer: click on Tools - Load fonts (by folder).
Go to the folder where your fonts are.
Click on the letter of the font you need.
When it's done, the fonts are in the fonts in PSP.
The tubes are by Faline, Graphnco, Monique, Nurso, Pause PSP
and Tigre Blanc.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #c6c0b4.
Set your background color to #2f3530.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Sunburst' - with these
settings:

Open a transparent image of 900 x 580 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'gothique cage a lucioles tube 434'.
Back to your working image.
Paste into the selection.
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Step 3
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings -
see image below:

Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tramage - Waffle -
with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - VM Distortion - Radiator II - default

Step 4
Copy tube '939299Hal2017Fal7'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Step 5
Copy tube 'TubedbyMonique42_1567_donVerger'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it upper left - see main image.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Hard light.
Move this layer below Layer 2.
Step 6
Activate Layer 2.
Copy tube 'NS_267_0809'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move it below Layer 2 - see main image.
Step 7
Copy tube 'transparent_graphnco_mai_09'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move it below Layer 2 - see main image.
Step 8
Copy tube 'transparent_graphnco_mai_09'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Step 9
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - Image - Flip (Hor. mirror).
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light - or at your
choice.
Your layer palette looks like this:

Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - see image
below:

Remove a part in the middle - see image below:

Step 11
Activate your top layer.
Copy tube '#192-Tube halloween man_costume_Louise pause psp
2016jpg'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 3x with 85% - All layers not checked.
Place them on the right side.
Move it below Layer 2 - see main image.
Your layer palette looks now like this:

Step 12
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 13
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - foreground color.
Edit - Copy.
Minimize this image for now.
Step 14
Open a new transparent image of 1200 x 750 pixels.
Flood fill this image with your gradient from step 1.
Selections - Select all.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 55 pixels.
Paste into the selection, it's still in memory.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - Carolaine and Sensibility - CS Halloween2
- with these settings:

Selections - Select none.
Step 15
Copy tube 'gothique cage a lucioles tube 434'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Mirror - Image - Flip (Hor. mirror).
Place her on the left side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.

Switch your colors.
Activate your Text tool - font StyleEndings - Size 133 -
Stroke width 2 - see image below:

Type 'Ghost'.
Layers - Convert to Raster layer.

Now you are making the animation :-)
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool
Shadow - with these settings:

Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Back to PSP.
Click 1x Undo.
Repeat Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II -
Pool Shadow - with these settings:

Click OK.
Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
