You can download the plugins
Place (or install) the plugins in your Plugin folder.
Place Emboss_3 in your Preset folder.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 6 tubes - 1 color label - 1 selectie.
Place the selection in your Selection folder.
Permission to use the tubes
The tubes are by Guismo, Maryse, Matou and Nikita.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #cc7410 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #000000 (or at your choice).
Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' -
Sunburst - with these settings:
Step 2
Open a transparent image of 1000 x 650 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Tronds Filters II - Ghost - with these settings:
Step 3
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk -
load selection '1magnifique_ger' - with these settings:
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - Cake Mix -
with these settings:
Repeat this plugin 1x.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What Are You? - with these settings:
Step 4
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete -
Bi-Color User Defined - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete -
Bi-Color Filters - with these settings:
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Exclusion.
Step 5
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Backlight -
Tab Settings - choose Short Flames - see image below:
Set the first and the last square to #C00000 - see the hand on image below:
Click OK.
Step 6
Copy tube 'Element 1'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it against the left edge.
Step 7
Activate your bottom layer.
Copy tube '@matou_Scenety_@Fidon74_07-03-10'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Place it in the upper right corner - see main image.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 62.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Exclusion.
Step 8
Open tube '13177950209_gothic_nikita'.
Remove the watermark.
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it for the moon - see main image.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - with these settings:
Step 9
Copy tube 'calguismist30102012'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move it down until the letter T is at the bottom edge.
Layers - Arrange - Move down.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - same settings as before.
Step 10
Activate your top layer.
Copy tube 'calguisBenGoossens21112011'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Make sure the left one is down and in the middle - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 11
Copy tube 'MR_Halloween Makeup'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it on the left side, in the triangle - see main image.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.
Step 12
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - color black.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Burnt Edges - set the bottom
square to color #A08240 - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Burnt Edges - set the bottom
square to color #7D2E03 - with these settings:
Step 13
Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point.
Draw a selection around the 3 heads - see image below:
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 14
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - set Vertical to 205.
Selections - Select none.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 15
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - set Vertical to 155.
Selections - Select none.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 16
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - set Vertical to 105.
Selections - Select none.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Animation - Resize animation - Width 800 pixels (optional).
Step 17
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
