and the following plugins:
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
BorderMania - Frame #1
Kang 4 - Bubblecross Waves
ScreenWorks - Boxed Dot and Micro Maze

Step 1
Open the tube PSP.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Set your foreground color to #a9a9a9 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #000000 (or at your choice).
Step 2
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - yellow.
Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:
Step 3
Select the border with your Magic wand.
Set your foreground to silver pattern 'Glitter girl' - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.
Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Frame #1 - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 4
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - yellow.
Step 5
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.
Step 6
Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Frame #1 - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.
Step 7
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - foreground color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Micro Maze.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 8
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - yellow.
Step 9
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Boxed Dot.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - foreground color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Kang 4 - Bubblecross Waves - with these settings:
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - yellow.

Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Boxed Dot.
Selections - Select none.

Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Boxed Dot.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - yellow.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Flood fill the selection with your silver pattern.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Boxed Dot.
DON'T DESELECT!
Effects - Geometric effects - Perspective horizontal - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation -
Settings to 'Bling Bling' - see image below:
With these settings: 2 - 25 - 19 - 0 - 100 - 75 - 45 - Make
selection transparent checked - Random Seed 1 - see image below:
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 21
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click Random Seed
1x.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 22
Back to PSP.
Click Undo 2x.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click Random Seed
1x.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 23
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
