This tutorial was made in PSP X6, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart
your PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 1 tube - 1 alpha tube - 2 masks - 1 color label.
Permission to use the tubes
One mask is by MD.
The tube is by CibiBijoux.
The other mask is unknown to me.

Step 1
Open all the materials in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #c2b497 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #392617 (or at your choice).
Open tube 'Alpha_GoldBeauty' - Shift+D to duplicate it.
Close the original image.
The copy is your working image.
Flood fill your image with your foreground color.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'Beauty_GoldBlack_CibiBijoux'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 30.
Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic glass - with these settings:
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'dyn005 msk' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 90 - nothing checked.
Effects - Geometric effects - Circle - with these settings:
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - same settings as before.
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:
Step 5
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Image - Flip - Search vertical.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Plugins - AP [Lines] - Lines - SilverLining - Dotty Grid 3 - with these settings:
Effects - Distortion effects - Polar coordinates - with these settings:
Step 6
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'MASK-MD-092' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 80 or at your choice.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load selection 1 - see image below:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Rasterline - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 8
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load selection 2 - see image below:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass.
Click tab 'Settings' - choose setting 'Magnifique__GoldBeauty'.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load selection 3 - see image below:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Texture - Texture Noise.
Click tab 'Settings' - choose setting Transparent Haze - see image below:
Selections - Select none.
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 11
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color black.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric not checked - foreground color - with these settings:
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings - see image below:
Step 12
Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise - with these settings:
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings:
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 30 - color black.
Repeat 1x with the same settings.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - same settings as before.
Step 13
Copy tube 'Beauty_GoldBlack_CibiBijoux'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place her on the right side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Tonal
Contrast - see image below:
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
