Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 7 tubes - 1 mask - 1 animation - 1 preset - 1 plugin.
Double click on the preset, it's automatically in the right plugin.
Place plugin Emboss_3 in your Preset folder.
The tubes are by Maryse, Nikita, TR, Yokalicious and Gerrie.
The landscape tubes are by Nikita

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #e29f1c (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #752f01 (or at your choice).
Set your foreground to gradient Sunburst -
Angle 50 - Repeats 0 - Invert not checked - see image below:
Open a transparent image of 1000 x 650 pixels.
Flood fill your image with this gradient.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Open tube 'MR_Halloween Fashion Model'.
Remove the watermark - Edit - Copy.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies - with these settings:
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - 25.
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'mask-Gabry 019' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.
Step 4
Copy tube '2742_tubeTR'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the upper left corner - see main image.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - with these settings:
Step 5
Open tube '1293040302_paysages_nikita'.
Remove the watermark - Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it on the right side against the edge - see main image.
Step 6
Open tube 'chemin-nikita'.
Remove the watermark - Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it right below, a little from the edge - see main image.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - same settings as before.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.
Step 7
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - background color.
Select the this border with your Magic wand.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 55 - Blur 50 - color black.
Selections - Select none.
Step 8
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - background color.
Select the this border with your Magic wand.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 55 - Blur 50 - color black.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - Distort - The Toad's Pool II - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 9
Copy tube 'MR_Halloween Fashion Model'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place her on the left side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 65 - Blur 5 - color black.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact -
Perspective Shadow - click on preset 'Gerriecirkel' - press OK.
Step 10
Copy tube 'Yoka-Gnome-20062011'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it right below - see main image.
Step 11
Copy tube 'WordArt pspmagnifique gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the upper right corner - see main image.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.
Step 12
Add your watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Image - Resize - Width 950 pixels.
Edit - Copy.
Step 13
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Press 1x Ctrl+C - press 21x Ctrl+L.
You now have 22 frames.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Step 14
Open animation 'Vogel' in AS.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.
Step 15
Back to your main animation.
Edit - Paste - In selected frame.
Place the birds upper left - see main image.
Animation - Frame properties - 20.
Step 16
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
