Let the credit to the maker.   Step 1 Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now. Set your foreground color to #fff0e9 (or at your choice). Set your background color to #b95319 (or at your choice). Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - with these settings: Open a tube 'Alfa Hot lips' - Shift+D to copy it. Close the original, the copy is your working image. Flood fill your image with your gradient. Step 2 Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting tiles - with these settings: Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings: Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory Gallery S - itsa Edge Thing: 0 - 0 - see image below: Step 3 Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load 'Selection #1' - with these settings: Promote selection to layer. Selections - Select none. Effects - Plugins - [AFS IMPORT] - sqborder2 - with these settings: Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert 16 - Hor 11 - Opacity 72 - Blur 35 - color black. Step 4 Layers - Duplicate. Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked. Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert minus 16 - Hor 11 - Opacity 70 - Blur 35 - background color. Effects - Plugins - [AFS IMPORT] - sqborder2 - same settings as before. Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Waffle: 34 - 35 (default settings). Step 5 Activate your layer selection. Effects - Plugins - Ulead Effects - Particle - default settings - see image below: Step 6 Activate your bottom layer. Layers - New raster layer. Flood fill this layer with your foreground color. Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask '113_masque-animabelle' - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge group. Step 7 Activate your top layer. Copy tube 'Coleção Misted 030 LDesigns-2017'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings: You now have this: Step 8 Layers - New raster layer. ctions - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha channel - load 'Selection #2' - with these settings: Flood fill the selection with your background color. Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool shadow - with these settings: Step 9 Activate tool Warp Brush - with these settings: Place your cursor in the middle of the narrow strip. Hold the left mouse button until you have this: Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Right - 90 - nothing checked. Place it as shown below: Step 10 Layers - Duplicate. Image - Flip (= search vert.). Activate copy of raster 2. Move the figure a little down - see image below: Step 11 Activate raster 2. Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic antique - with these settings: You now have this: Make sure you're on raster 2. Layers - Merge - Merge down. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert 1 - Hor 0 - Opacity 40 - Blur 0 - color black. Step 12 Layers - New raster layer. Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'Those lips' - with these settings: Stamp the brush 1x in a color of your choice on your crea. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice. Step 13 Activate your Preset Shape - find shape 'all5' - with these settings: Hold the left mouse button and make the preset shape - see image below: You can resize it if you want. Layers - Convert to raster layer. Duplicate this shape a few times and place them where you want - or see main image. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice. Step 14 Layers - New raster layer. Add your name and/or watermark. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Step 15 Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - color white. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - color white. Select the last border with your Magic wand - with these settings: Selections - Invert. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 40 - Blur 25 - color black. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color. Selections - Select none. Step 16 Image - Resize - Width 800 pixels. Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
