This tutorial was made in PSP X9, but can also be made in

For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope>
Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 1 - Binoculars, Jailed!
and Venetian Blinds (horizontal)
Graphics Plus - Weaver
Flaming Pear - Flexify 2
VM Distortion - Vision Impossible
You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins into your Plugin folder.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 3 tubes - 1 mask - 1 shape - 1 folder with
Wordarts - 1 font.
Place the shape in your Shape folder.
Open FXplorer: click on Tools - Load fonts (by folder).
Go to the folder where your fonts are.
Click on the letter of the font you need.
When it's done, the fonts are in the fonts in PSP.
The tubes are by Syl The mask is by @nn. Thank you so much for your beautiful tubes
and mask.
The other tubes are unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #ffffff.
Set your background color to #000000.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Linear' - Angle 50 - Repeats
3 - Invert checked - see image below:
Open tube Alfa_Ilusion.
Shift+D to copy it, close the original.
The copy is your working image.
Flood fill your working image with your gradient.
Step 2
Effects - Texture effects - Weave - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - VM Distortion - Vision Impossible -
default settings.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg
Kaleidoscope> - 4 QFlip UpperR - default settings.
Step 3
Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 1
- Cinoculars - default settings (103 - 106).
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 80 - Blur 30 - color black.
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
Channel - load selection 'Selection 1' - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your gradient.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 1
- Venetian Blinds (horizontal): 52 - 33.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
Channel - load selection 'Selection 2' - same settings as before.
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 1
- Binoculars: 128 - 106.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Step 6
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Weaver - default settings.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 1
- Jailed! 5 - 255.
When you use other colors adjust this effects.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - Image - Flip (Hor. Mirror).
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip (Hor. Mirror).
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert 0 - Hor 5 - Opacity 45 - Blur 12 - color black.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask '@nn_250513_mask_002_Dulce'
- with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: 150 - 0.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - Image - Flip (Hor. Mirror).
Image - Mirror (Vert. Mirror).
Step 8
Activate layer 2.
Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flexify 2 - with these
settings:
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 10
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color black.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color white.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color black.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 40 pixels - color white.
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:
Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - with these settings:
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 10 - Opacity 100 - Blur 50 - color black.
Repeat with the same settings.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy - minimize this image for now.
Step 11
Open a new transparent image of 1200 x 750 pixels.
Flood fill this image with your gradient.
Selections - Select all.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 55 pixels.
Edit - Paste into the selection (your minimized image is still
in memory).
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Step 12
Activate your Preset Shape - find shape 'sk Rando 29' - see
image below:
Linestyle - Plain - Width 1 - see image below:
Holt the left mouse button and make a shape from upper left to right below - see main image.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 13
Layers - Duplicate.
Move it a little to the right.
Repeat this until you have 3 circles.
Place them lower left - see main image.
Step 14
Copy tube 'Element_Ilusion'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Step 15
Copy tube 'SvB (1037) Beauty'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Move her down and a little to the right.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 16
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color black.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
