This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need Animation Shop
and the following plugins:
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass
MuRa's Meister - Cloud and Copies
Toadies - What are you?...
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow
You can download the plugins
Custom plugin - Emboss_3 (in zip) - place it in your Presets folder.
Preset Glass 'pspmagnifique-Glass (in zip) - Double click on it and it's
automatically in the right plugin.
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your
PSP, so they work immediately.

It contains: 9 tubes - 1 color label - 2 masks.

Step 1
Open the tubes, the color label and the masks in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #f7f5f8 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #000001 (or at your choice).
Step 2
Open a transparent image of 1000 x 650 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Cloud - with these settings:
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask '139_msk_por_silvina_vanesa_orsi' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - with these settings:
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'singapore'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Place it against the top edge - see main image.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 2 - 100 - 4.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 71.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'Narah_mask_0399' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Step 6
Copy tube 'calguis4feux6129'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Put it on a nice place.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 2 - 100 - 4.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Activate your Selection tool - Circle.
Draw a small circle in the upper left corner - see image below:
Copy image 'ASDwebs_HappyNewYear_Text1_SMALL'.
Back to your circle - paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5:
Impact - Glass - Settings: find pspmagnifique-Glass - click on it - click OK.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies - Wall Paper (rotate) - with these
settings:
Press Reset until you like what you see.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Put them on a nice place.
You can also delete a few circles, if you want.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 2 - 100 - 4.
Step 8
Copy tube 'Joanie_Woman_08-08-2013'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place her on the left side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 9
Copy tube 'pspmagnifique Gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it down, behind the legs of the woman.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 2 - 100 - 4.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 10
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - background color.
Selections - Select all.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 40 pixels - foreground color.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 55 - Blur 50 - color black.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What are your?... - 20 - 20.
Step 11
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Edit - Copy.
Step 12
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Press 1x Ctrl+C - press now 11x Ctrl+L.
You now have 12 frames.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Step 13
Open tube 'klaar' (the clock) in AS.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.
Step 14
Back to your main animation.
Edit - Paste - Into selected frame.
Place the clock upper right - see main image.
Step 15
Animation - Frame properties - 100.
Click in frame 12.
Animation - Frame properties - 200.
Step 16
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
