This tutorial was made in PSP X9, but can also be made in the

For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
Andrew's Filter Collection 62 - Into Warp Zone
Distortion - Refractor 1
(you have to import Distortion and Andrew's into Filters
Unlimited 2.0)
MuRa's Meister - Copies
Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Pro Contras
Toadies - Weaver
You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart your PSP, so they will work right away.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 5 tubes - 1 color label - 1 mask - 2 fonts.
Open the font and minimize it, or load fonts by Tools of font FXplorer - Click 'Load Fonts (by Folder) - click on the font you want and it's in your font in PSP.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #ffffff (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #386464 (or at your choice).
Open tube 'Alfa_Jesse'.
Shift+D to copy it - close the original.
The copy is your working image.
Step 2
Copy tube 'Cibi Byoux'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies - with these
settings:
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: 15.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filter
Collection 62 - Into Warp Zone - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 3
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these
settings:
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Distortion Filters

Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
channel - load selection 'Selectie 1' - see image below:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Reflection effects - Rotating mirror - with these
settings:
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these
settings:
Repeat this 1x.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask
'Narah_Abstract005' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Step 6
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
channel - load selection 'Selectie 2' - see image below:
Activate your Flood fill tool - set the Opacity to 20 - see
image below:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Weaver - with these settings:
Change the Blend mode to Dodge.
Step 7
Set your background color to white.
Activate your Text tool - font Univox - Size 72 - see image
below:
Type the letter C.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
See main image for placing.
Step 8
Activate your Text tool - font Zippo - Size 36 - see image
below:
Type the name 'Jesse'.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Place the name above the letter C - see main image.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from Alpha
channel - load selection 'Selectie 3' - see image below:
Copy tube 'Cibi Byoux'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 55% - All layers not checked.
Place him in the window.
Selections - Invert.
Press Delete.
Selections - Invert.
Selections - Modify - Select selection borders - with these
settings:
Step 10
Set your background color back to color #386464.
Set the Opacity of your Flood fill tool back to 100.
Flood fill the selection with your background color.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 80 - Blur 15 - color black.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Step 11
Copy tube 'Element Jesse 3'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Step 12
Copy tube 'Element Jesse 1'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: 294 - 35 - Transparent and
Custom checked.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge.
Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: minus 152 - minus 250 -
Transparent and Custom checked.
Step 13
Copy tube 'Element Jesse 2'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset: 266 - minus 175 -
Transparent and Custom checked.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 50 - Blur 10 - color black.
Step 14
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 15
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - color #ffffff.
Select this layer with your Magic wand.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 80 - Blur 30 - color black.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete
