Set your foreground color to #e0eaeb (or at your choice). Set your background color to #0a6369 (or at your choice). Write down the H and S of your background color. Step 2 Open image 'nature_flowers_macro_dandelions_white_flowers'. Duplicate it with Shift+D - close the original. The duplicate will be your working image. Layers - Promote background to layer. If you use other colors, you can change them with Adjust - Hue and saturation - see image below: Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings: Effects - Distortion effects - Pixelate - with these settings: Effects - Edge effects - Enhance. Step 3 Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror. Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply. Or at your choice if you use an other color. Layers - Merge - Merge down. Layers - Duplicate. Step 4 Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'maskmajo' - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge group. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow: Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 35 - color black. Activate your bottom layer. Effects - Geometric effects - Circle - with these settings: Step 5 Activate your top layer. Layers - New raster layer. Flood fill this layer with your foreground color. Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Renee_masque_tears_1' - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge group. Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings: Step 6 Copy tube 'Element_Just me 1'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings: Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice. Step 7 Copy tube 'Femme-1781-Azalee'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Step 14 Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color. Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - background color. Select this border with your Magic wand. Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings. Selections - Select none. Step 15 Layers - New raster layer. Add your name and/or watermark. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Tonal Contrast - default settings.
