This tutorial was made in PSP 9, but can also be made in the other versions.

For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

Filter Unlimited 2.0 - Glass Frame 1

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

It contains: 4 tubes - 1 picture - 1 pattern - 2 masks.

Place the pattern in your Pattern folder.

Place the masks in your Mask folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the picture PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #698f9c (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #9f9d8a (or at your choice) and to pattern 'silverbeads fill' - Angle 0 - Scale 100 - see image below:

Set your foreground to gradient Sunburst - with these settings:

Step 2

Open picture 'PS-1635'.

If you use a picture of your own, make sure that the height is max. 600 pixels.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - red.

Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your pattern.

Step 3

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - red.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your pattern.

Step 4

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Filter Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1 - default settings.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - red.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your pattern.

Step 5

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - red.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your pattern.

Step 6

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Step 7

Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk - load mask '1shimmers mask 8' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Effects - Plugins - Filter Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1 - default settings.

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - red.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your pattern.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - red.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Flood fill the selection with your pattern.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Select none.

Step 10

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk - load mask 'bice_rfoto3' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Selections - Select none.

Step 11

Copy tube 'wordart_BBSmile'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on top of your image - or at your choice.

Step 12

Open one of the accent tubes.

Image - Resize - Height 355 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in one of the corners.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 50 - Blur 3 - background color.

Step 13

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 14

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness/contrast - 1 - 1.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
