Filters Unlimited 2.0
Tramages - Tow the Line (I had to import this plugin in Filters Unlimited 2.0)

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

It contains: 3 tubes - 1 color label - 2 mask.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #dbcfd3 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #2e1f21 (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 950 x 650 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Effects - Plugins - VM Instant Art - Origami - with these settings:

Effects - Geometric effects - Perspective Horizontal - with these settings:

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).
Step 3
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Activate your bottom layer.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 -
Tramages - Tow The Line - default settings.
Activate your top layer.
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'Narah_mask_Abstract214' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Step 5
Open tube '_k@rine_ dreams _Lady_Orchidee_2184_Mars_2012'.
Image - Resize - Height 635 pixels.
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her on the right side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 50 - Blur 5 - background color.
Step 6
Copy tube 'H@nne Orchid3'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the flower on the left side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 7
Copy tube 'WordArt pspmagnifique Gerrie'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it on top of your crea and a little to the left.
Step 8
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 9
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 4 pixels - foreground color.
Step 10
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 20 pixels - background color.
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Artistic effects - Balls and Bubbles - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Step 11
Copy tube 'Deco93'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower left corner.
Step 12
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - Image - Flip.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
