Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #a0aab3 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #041629 (or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 650 x 500 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your background color.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects - Square Bumps - default settings.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Narah_mask_Abstract148' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Narah_mask_Abstract142' - same settings as before.

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 55 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 4

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Narah_mask_Abstract150' - same settings as before.

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 1 - Square Bumps - default settings.

Step 5

Copy tube 'pspmagnifiqueGerrie'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place them right below.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 6

Copy tube 'Tocha1'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her right below - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 55 - Blur 6 - background color.

Step 7

Copy tube 'Naamwijzer'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her at the bottom on the left side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 55 - Blur 6 - color black.

Step 8

Copy tube 'lookencoGerrie'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Place it upper right - see main image.

Set the Blend mode to Luminance.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 55 - Blur 6 - background color.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 10

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - foreground color.

Step 11

Select the last border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects - Square Bumps - default settings.

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - default settings.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 55 - Blur 10 - color black.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to minus 5.

Selections - Select none.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
