This tutorial was made in PSP 9, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow
ScreenWorks - Net Pettern

Step 1
Open the tubes and the masks PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #6b171e (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #000000 (or at your choice).
Step 2
Open the picture - this will be your working image.
Make sure that the longest side is max. 600 pixels.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Step 3
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - foreground color.
Step 4
Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default
settings.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.
Step 5
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - foreground color.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default
settings.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Net Pettern.
Selections - Select none.
Step 6
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - foreground color.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'masque_23' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Image - Resize - Height 700 pixels.
Step 8
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - foreground color.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image -
find mask 'Gertje 24' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Effects - Plugins - Filters - Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames -
3D Glass Frame 1 - default settings.
Selections - Select none.
Step 10
Open tube 'calguistuliperouge27109'.
Image - Resize - Height 300 pixels.
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the lower left corner.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 2 - color black.
Step 11
Open tube 'doosje_Chihucotube'.
Image - Resize - Height 150 pixels.
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
>Place it in the lower right corner.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 2 - color black.
Step 12
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 13
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - background color.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Image - Resize - Height 700 pixels.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
