Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

Place the selection in your Selection folder.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #c1c6c8 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #025c84 (or at your choice).
Set your foreground to gradient 'Rectangular' - with these settings:
Open a transparent image of 1000 x 650 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your gradient.
Step 2
Copy tube 'Model in Blue Fur-tubed by A PSP'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings.
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:
Step 3
Copy tube 'Model in Blue Fur-tubed by A PSP'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic glass - with these settings:
Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Left - 100.
Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Right - 100.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - same settings as before.
Effects - Plugins - Mock - Windo - with these settings:
Step 4
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - Load selection 'Ger sel B' - with these settings:
Selections - Promote selection to layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 40 - color black or a color from your tube.
Selections - Select none.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Right - 90 - nothing checked.
Effects - Distortion effects - Polar coordinates - with these settings:
Place it in the upper right corner.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.
Custom selection
- with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - [AFS Import] - sqborder2 - with these settings:
Selections - Modify - Contract - 10 pixels.
Flood fill the selection with your background color.
Step 6
Copy tube 'Model in Blue Fur-tubed by A PSP'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection.
DON'T DESELECT!
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10 I> - Dice it - default settings - see image below:
Effects - Plugins - Plugin Galaxy - Warp 1 - Wave Warp - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass - click tab Settings - choose Clear - see image below:
Selections - Select none.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Step 7
Effects - Distortion effects - Warp - Large top right - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact -
Glass - click tab Settings - choose Drop Shadow, Low - see image below:
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Step 8
Slide the tubes a little apart.
The woman must stay in the middle of them - see main image.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - color #002a42.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - foreground color.
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - [AFS Import] - sqborder2 - same
settings as before.
Selections - Invert.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings:
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 40 - color #002a42.
Selections - Select none.
Step 9
Copy tube 'Model in Blue Fur-tubed by A PSP'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.
Place her in the middle - see main image.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5:
Impact - Perspective Shadow - click tab Settings - choose Drop Shadow, Low.
Step 10
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Tonal
