This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.

 

For this lesson you need the following plugins:

Alien Skin Snap Art - Oil Paint

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Distortion Filters

Xero - Fritillary

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Step 2

Set your foreground color to #eacd62 (or at your choise).

Set your background color to #b3a761 (or at your choise).

Step 3

Open a transparent image of 1000 x 850 pixels.

Step 4

Set your foreground to gradient Radial - with these settings:

Step 5

Flood fill your image with this gradient.

Step 6

Copy tube 'Image2'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 7

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 8

Image - Resize - 110% - All layers checked.

Adjust - Brightness/contrast - Brightness - 2.

Step 9

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Fritillary - with these settings:

Step 10

Copy tube 'Image 12'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 11

Place it right below - see my example.

Step 12

Copy tube 'Image13'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 13

Place it right below - see my example.

Step 14

Activate your background.

Copy tube 'MR_Easter_Woman'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 15

Place her on the right side with her foot on the flower - see my example.

Step 16

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 65 - Blur 6 - black.

If you want, you can remove the tubes.

Step 17

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.

Step 18

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - foreground color.

Step 19

Set your foreground to gradient Sunburst - with these settings:

Step 20

Activate your Magic wand - Outside checked - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Step 21

Flood fill the selection with the gradient.

Step 22

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Snap Art - Oil Paint - with these settings:

Effects - Geometric effects - Skew Vert stripes - color black - with these settings:

Step 24

Selections - Select none.

Step 25

Click with your Magic wand left below in the black part.

Flood fill the selection with your last gradient.

Step 26

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Snap Art - Oil Paint - same settings as before.

Step 27

Selections - Select none.

Step 28

Copy tube 'MR_Easter_Time'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Place it totaly to the left - see my example.

Step 29

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 30

Copy tube 'gerry-Pasen 2 - 1 maart 2009'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 90% - All layers not checked.

Place them on the left side - see my example.

Step 31

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 32

Copy tube 'WordArt_LovelySpring@BiBi'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Put it on a nice place.

Layers - Duplicate.

Step 33

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your watermark.

Step 34

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.

Step 35

Adjust - Brightness/contrast - Brightness - 2.

Image - Resize - Width 600 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
