This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this lesson you need Animation Shop (AS).
you can download the materials.
It contains: 4 tubes - 3 masks.
The tubes are by Grace's, Marastina, Nimuela Fee and The Procópie.

Step 1
Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #eeeeed (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #071417 (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 900 x 650 pixels.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Sunburst - with these settings:
Flood fill your image with this gradient.
Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Narah_mask_Abstract142' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'Thê_arco'.
Back to your working image - Paste into the selection.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (L).
Selections - Select none.
Step 4
Copy tube 'achtergrond'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it so, that the gate is in the middle - see main image.
Layers - Arrange - Move down.
Activate your top layer.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'mask_sigrid' - same settings as before.
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Step 6
Copy tube '@angel Tube 33_0305'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her in the upper left corner - see main image.
Step 7
Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point.
Select the star between her eyes - see image below:
Activate group layer 4 - press Delete.
Selections - Select none.
Step 8
Copy tube 'Grace's_TLC_BlindedSparrow'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her right below - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 6 - black.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'gitter@mona' - same settings as before.
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Step 10
Copy tube '376NLF170808'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it left below - see main image.
Step 11
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Step 12
Edit - Copy special - Edit - Copy merged.
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 13
Back to PSP.
Activate the face layer.
Adjust - Brightness and contrast - Brightness/contrast: 19 - 19.
Edit - Copy special - Edit - Copy merged.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 14
Back to PSP.
Click 1x Undo.
Activate mask layer gitter@mona (with me it's group raster 6).
Adjust - Brightness and contrast - Brightness/contrast: 18 - 18.
Edit - Copy special - Edit - Copy merged.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 15
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Animation - Frame properties - 50.
Animation - Resize animation - Width 500 pixels
Step 16
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
Click View - Animation again to end it.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
