For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

Custom Plugin Emboss 3

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

Simple - Zoom Out and Flip

It contains: 4 tubes - 2 masks - 1 brush.jpg - 2 brushes.

Place the 2 brushes in your Brush folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes and the masks PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #adbf31 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #254d13 (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 1 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked - see image below:

Open a transparent image of 900 x 650 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your gradient.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your background color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'maskcameron211' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss 3 - with these settings:

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Activate your Brush tool - find brush 'brush22paper' - with these settings:

Stamp it 1x with your background color from the upper left corner to the upper right corner.

Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss 3 - same settings as before.

Step 4

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'zg36woe0' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 50 - Blur 1 - color black.

Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss 3 - same settings as before.

Lower the Opacity of this layer between 40-50.

Step 5

Copy tube 'Tocha2359'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the right side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 75 - Blur 5 - color black.

Step 6

Copy tube 'H@nne_Orchid_a_14_e'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 40 - nothing checked.

Place the orchid on the left side against the edge - see main image.

Place this layer above layer 1.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Activate your top layer.

Step 7

Copy tube 'mou_nature'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the parfume before the flower.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 8

Copy tube 'NS_202_0909'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the lower left corner, before the parfum.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 10

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 3 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 30 pixels - background color.

Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Zoom Out and Flip - default settings.

DON'T DESELECT!

Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Left - 100.

Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Right - 100.

DON'T DESELECT!

Step 11

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 100 - Blur 30 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Step 12

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - background color.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
