For this tutorial you need the following plugins:

Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

The tubes are by Aclis and Jenny.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #dbcfd3 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #80434c (or at your choice).

Write down the H and S from your background color.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - with these settings:

Step 2

Open a transparent image of 650 x 550 pixels.

Selections - Select all.

Copy tube 'achtergrond Ger'.

Back to your working image.

Paste into the selection.

If you want to change the color:

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - fill in the numbers of your background color.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to about 50.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Copy tube 'roses'.

Back to your working image.

Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Step 4

Copy tube 'template-rose'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Don't move the tube!

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to about 60.

Step 5

Open tube 'aclis_astronomical_clock'.

Image - Resize - Width 400 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Screen.

Step 6

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to about 60.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 65 - Blur 6 - color black (#000000).

Step 7

Open tube 'Jen_Popjes3_29-08-2009'.

Image - Resize - Height 500 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the left side.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 9

Image - Add borders - 1 pixel - Symmetric - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - 25 pixels - Symmetric - background color.

Select the last border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings - see image below:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1 - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
