This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need Animation Shop (AS)
and the following plugins:
FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow
You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 3 tubes - 1 mask - 1 animation.
Permission to use the tubes

The tubes are by Guismo and Mou.
The mask is by MB.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #9b4242 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #480604 (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 750 x 550 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - with these
settings:

Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'frameMB28' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Activate your Selection tool - Rectangle - with these settings:

Select the left rectangle of the mask - see image below:

Copy tube 'mds7341paris19[1].10.07'.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 65 - Blur 7 - color black.
Set the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance or at your choice.
Step 4
Layers - New raster layer.
Activate your Selection tool - Rectangle - same settings as before.
Select on the right side, one by one the rectangles of the mask - see image
below:

Copy tube 'calguismistfontaine1249'.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Image - Resize - 106% - All layers not checked.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 5
Copy tube 'mou_eiffel'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Resize - Width 550 pixels - All layers not checked.
Place her against the bottom edge.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 6
Activate your Text tool - font and size at your choice - made as Vector.
Switch your colors.
Type 'Paris is in easy hands' or your own text.
Place it in the upper left corner.
Layers - Convert to raster layer.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 8
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Step 9
Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - with these settings:

Activate the waterfall layer.
Select the waterfall.
Adjust - Add/remove Noise - Add noise - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.
Step 10
Back to PSP.
Click 2x Undo.
Adjust - Add/remove Noise - Add noise - same settings - 15.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Step 11
Back to PSP.
Click 2x Undo.
Effects - Add/remove Noise - Add noise - same settings - 20.
Selections - Select none.
Edit - Copy.
Step 12
To AS: Edit - Paste - After current frame.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.
Step 13
Open animation 'Light' in AS.
Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.
Step 14
Back to your main animation.
Edit - Paste - Into selected frame.
Repeat: Edit - Paste - Into selected frame as often as you like - or see main image.
Step 15
View - Animation.
You now can see how your animation looks.
If you are satisfied:
Save your crea as a gif file.
If you got a screen, click 3x Next - click 1x Finish.
Save it and you're done!
