This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
AAA Frames - Foto Frame
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Extrude
Flaming Pear - Flexify 2 (you have to place this plugin into your Flexify
plugin, otherwise you don't have the option 'Up and Down')
Mehdi - Blintz and Pizza Slice Mirror
ScreenWorks - Dot Screen

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.

download the materials.
It contains: 5 tubes - 1 color label - 2 selections - 1 font.
Place the selections in your Selection folder.
Open the font and minimize it.

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #e3e2e8 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #59565f (or at your choice).
Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your foreground color.
Step 2
Selections - Select all.
Layers - New raster layer.
Copy tube 'Grace's_TLC_Plastics'.
Back to your working image.
Paste into the selection.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Step 3
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Blintz.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror.
Step 4
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Ger sel 9A' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your background color.
Effects - Plugins - ScreenWorks - Dot Screen.
Selections - Select none.
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Ger sel 9B' - same settings as before.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 0 - Invert not checked.
Flood fill the selection with this gradient.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings:

Step 6
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flexify 2 - with these settings:

If the 'up and down' don't show up, you can past tube 'PSPmagnifique_Plastics_UpandDown'
as a new layer on your working image.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - with these settings:

Place it on the left side - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 60 - Blur 5 - color black.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Activate your Picture tube - find tube 'silverball' - or Corel 10.005 - with
these settings:

Stamp 1x in all the 4 corners of the square - see main image.
Step 8
Copy tube 'bloem paars'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place the flower on the left side.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 9
Copy tube 'Grace's_TLC_Plastics'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her in the square - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 60 - Blur 1 - color black.
Step 10
Copy tube 'Element 2'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it below the square in the middle - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 11
Layers - New raster layer.
Activate your Text tool - font 911 Porscha Laser Italic - Size 20.
Type 'Plastics' or your own text.
Pull the text a little up - see image below:

Effects - Distortion effects - Wave - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Extrude.
Click tab Settings - choose 'PSPmagnifique_Plastics'.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.
Step 12
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 13
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 5 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - foreground color.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
