Place or install the plugin in your Plugin folder.

Place preset Emboss_3 in your Preset folder.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #710908 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #0d0000(or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 800 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your background color.

Step 2

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your foreground color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask '103-kris' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - default settings.

Step 3

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with white (of course you may use an other color if you want).

Layers - New mask layer - From disk - find mask 'Narah_Abstract027' - same settings as before.

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.

Step 4

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Step 5

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 48 - Mixing Dots And More Dots - default settings - see image below:

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 6 - Opacity 65 - Blur 50 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - foreground color.

Step 6

Open tube '1585-luzcristina'.

Image - Resize - Height 550 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the right side.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.

Step 7

Open tube '1357-luzcristina'.

Image - Resize - Height 400 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the rose in the lower left corner.

Step 8

Layers - Duplicate.

Activate Raster 3.

Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Right - 100.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - of your choice.

Step 9

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
