Step 1

Open the tubes, the color label and the mask in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #7966a6 (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #372744 (or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 1000 x 650 pixels.

Step 2

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1 - set color 1 to #4b3e6c - color 2 to #150e1a - color 3 to #bba9cf - color 4 to #bba9cf - with these settings:

When you have only 3 colors, just ignore number 4.

Effects - Plugins - Kang 1 - New Facets - default settings - see image below:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - 4 QFlip ZBottomL - see image below:

Step 3

Layers - Duplicate.

Activate the bottom layer.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Square Blur - with these settings:

If you haven't this plugin in Stylize, you can also use VM Toolbox - Square Blur - with the same settings.

Step 4

Activate your top layer.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Right - 50 - nothing checked.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Step 5

Click on your Selection tool - Rectangle.

Custom selection - with these settings:

Press Delete.

Selections - Select none.

Step 6

Layers - New raster layer.

Flood fill this layer with your background color.

Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'Mask_GB_06' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Move it a little to the right.

Step 7

Copy tube '1706 - man - LB TUBES'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked - repeat 1x with 90%.

Make sure his face is in the circle.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 5 - Opacity 75 - Blur 10 - color black.

Step 8

Copy tube 'for _you_by-marzena_el31'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 9

Copy tube 'element magnifiqueger'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it at the bottom - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 10

Copy tube 'AnaRidzi1422'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 2x 80% - All layers not checked.

Place her on the left side.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 11

Copy tube 'JHanna_532 tube'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked.

Place the flowers on the right side.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 30 - Blur 3 - color black.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 13

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 10 pixels - foreground color.

Select the last border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 14

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 30 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - background color - with these settings:

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 0 - Opacity 100 - Blur 40 - color black.

Selections - Select none.

Step 15

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - background color.

Image - Add borders - with these settings:

Select the to side borders with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - AP 01 [Innovations] (or AP [Lines] - SilverLining) - preset 'Barred' - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 16

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 30 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - same settings as before.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
