You need a tube of your own.

Step 1

Open the scrapkit and your tube in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground to a light color from your tube.

Set your background to a darker color from your tube.

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 45 - Repeats 2 - Invert not checked.

Set your background also to pattern 'Gold Beads' - Angle 0 - Scale 100.

Step 2

Open a transparent image of 700 x 550 pixels.

Selections - Select all.

Activate the scrapkit 1 - Copy 'galiscrap_inspiration_p (3)'.

Edit - Paste into the selection.

Selections - Select none.

Step 3

Activate the scrapkit 1 - Copy 'galiscrap_inspiration_p (5)'.

Edit - Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 70% - All layers not checked.

Step 4

Activate the scrapkit 1 - Copy 'galiscrap_inspiration_p (4)'.

Edit - Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 70% - All layers not checked.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 10 - nothing checked.

Step 5

Activate the scrapkit 1 - Copy 'galiscrap_inspiration_p (6)'.

Edit - Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 70% - All layers not checked.

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 20 - nothing checked.

Place the upper right corners on top of each other - see image below:

Step 6

Close layer 1.

Activate one of the other layers.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Open layer 1.

Activate your top layer.

Effects - Image effects - Page curl with these settings:

Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 20 - nothing checked.

Move it a little up - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 75 - Blur 5 - black.

Step 7

Activate the scrapkit 2 - Open 'galiscrap_inspiration_p (22)'.

Image - Resize - Height 400 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it a little up and to the left.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 8

Open your tube.

Image - Resize - Height 400 pixels - All layers checked.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the tube in the frame - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Step 9

Decorate your crea with tubes from the scrapkit.

You can also look at main image for placing.

Step 10

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 11

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand - Inside checked - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 20 pixels - foreground color.

Select with your Magic wand this border.

Flood fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Step 12

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 4 - Opacity 75 - Blur 5 - black.

Repeat with Vert and Hor to -4 (minus 4).

Selections - Select none.

Image - Resize - Width 500 pixels - All layers checked.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
