This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
Emboss_3 (place this plugin in your Preset folder)
Filters - Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames
Penta.com - Color Dot
Simple - Diamonds
You can download the plugins

Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
you can
download the materials.
It contains: 1 tube - 2 images - 2 selections - 2 masks - 1 texture.
Place the selections in your Selection folder.
Place the texture in your Texture folder.

Step 1
Open the tubes, images, masks and texture in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #dbcfd3 (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #80434c (or at your choice).
Write down the numbers of the H and S of your background color.
Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' -
Linear - Angle 1 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked - see image below:

Open a transparent image of 700 x 500 pixels.
Flood fill your image with your foreground color.
Step 2
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Select all.
Copy image 'ger2'.
Back to your working image.
Paste into the selection.
If you want to change the color:
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - add the H and S you wrote down from
your background color.
Selections - Select none.
Step 3
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'maskcameron239' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - default settings - see image below:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.
Step 4
Activate Raste 1.
Flood fill this layer with your gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Color Dot - default settings - see image
below:

Activate your top layer (group raster 2).
Step 5
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Sel Ger1' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with your background color.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Distortion effects - Displacement map -
find 'winni.texture.5' - with these settings:

Step 6
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with white (#ffffff).
Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask 'mask_circle_008' - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Custom plugins - Emboss_3 - default settings.
Step 7
Open tube 'TJ_woman_311'.
Image - Resize - Height 500 pixels.
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Give her a Drop shadow of your choice.
Step 8
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Sel Ger2' - with these settings:

Flood fill the selection with white.
Selections - Select none.
Image - Mirror.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 10
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 50 pixels - background color.
Select this last border with your Magic wand - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Diamonds.
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:

Step 11
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 -
Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 3 - with these settings:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.
Selections - Select none.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
