This tutorial was made in PSP 9, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need plugin the following plugins:
AAA Frames - Foto Frame
Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow

Step 1
Open the tubes PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #c5d4fb (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #20232a (or at your choice).
Step 2
Open tube 'jet-woman5-maart-2009' (you need a background for this one).
Or open picture 'PS-317'.
Image - Resize - Height 600 pixels.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 1 - 64 - 4.
Selections - Select all.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 15 pixels.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - default settings - see image
below:

Selections - Invert.
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Effects - Texture effects - Straw wall - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - foreground color - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.
Step 4
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - background color.
Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Art media effects - Brush strokes - foreground color - with these
settings:

Repeat this effect 1x with the same settings.
Selections - Select none.
Step 5
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - foreground color.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Texture effects - Straw wall - same settings as before.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.
Step 6
Set your foreground to gradient 'Rectangular' - Angle 120 - Repeats 7 - Invert checked - Hor and Vert to 50 - see image
below:

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - background color.
Select this border with your Magic wand.
Flood fill the selection with your gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings - see image below:

Selections - Select none.
Step 7
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - foreground color.
Select the last border with your Magic wand.
Effects - Texture effects - Straw wall - same settings as before.
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - same settings as before.
Selections - Select none.
Step 8
Copy tube '7112008-divers1-lasuperf'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it as you like.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
Vert end Hor 2 - Opacity 60 - Blur 3 - black.
Adjust - Brightness and contrast - Brightness - 1.
Step 9
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Step 10
Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
