You have to import this plugin into Filters Unlimited 2.0

Step 1

Open the tubes PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #d8cadc (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #5b4d6e (or at your choice).

Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' - Linear - Angle 38 - Repeats 4 - Invert not checked.

Step 2

Open picture 'Immagine2'.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - black.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - foreground color.

Step 3

Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic - antique - with these settings:

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - black.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 3 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - background color.

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:

Step 5

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - black.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic - antique - same settings as before.

Step 6

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - black.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 30 pixels - background color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - same settings as before.

Step 7

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - black.

Selections - Select none.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic - antique - same settings as before.

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Step 8

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 1 pixel - black.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 25 pixels - background color.

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - Andrew's Filters - Mixing Dots And More Dots - default settings - see image below:

Selections - Select none.

Image - Resize - Height 700 pixels.

Step 9

Copy tube '700'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Step 10

Copy tube 'Image3 goed'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it as you like.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 1 - Opacity 60 - Blur 1 - black.

Stap 11

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
