Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP.

Resize them and minimize them for now.

Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask: 1 - 64 - 4.

Set your foreground color to #efeef3.

Set your background color to #382f4c.

Open a transparent image of 850 x 850 pixels.

Flood fill this image with your background color.

Step 2

Copy tube 'PatryMists_06_Flowers_162[1]'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Effects - 3D effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings.

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - default settings.

Step 3

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 40 pixels.

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Effects - Texture effects - Texture - find texture 'Arcering fijn' - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Copy tube 'Image2 650'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on the left side - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 2 - Opacity 50 - Blur 3 - background color.

Step 5

Open tube 'PatryMists_06_Flowers_162[1]'.

Image - Resize - Width 570 pixels.

Edit - Copy.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the flower left below.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 90.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 6

Copy tube 'seagull3'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 85% - All layers not checked.

Place him upper right - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 7

Activate your Text tool - Vector checked.

Type your text and place it upper right - see main image.

Layers - Convert to raster layer.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as before.

Step 8

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 9

Image - Resize - Width 450 pixels.

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
