Step 1

Open the picture in PSP.

Image - Resize - Width 500 pixels.

If you use your own picture, make sure it's no bigger then 500 pixels on the longest side.

Set your foreground color to #f0ddbf (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #4b2f0a (or at your choice).

Step 2

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - black.

Step 3

Activate your Magic wand - with these settings:

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Frame #2 - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 4

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 15 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Artistic effects - Topography - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 5

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - black.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Step 6

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Frame #2 - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Step 7

Image - Add borders - with these settings:

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow - default settings.

Step 8

Effects - Reflection effects - Feedback - with these settings:

Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask - 1 - 64 - 4.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Step 9

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - foreground color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - background color.

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 2 pixels - black.

Step 10

Select the last border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Frame #2 - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Step 11

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 12

Image - Add borders - Symmetric - 10 pixels - foreground color.

Select this border with your Magic wand.

Effects - Artistic effects - Topography - same settings as before.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations - click 1x Original - click 1x Darker - with these settings:

Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
