Let the credit to the maker.   Step 1 Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now. Set your foreground color to #ebebeb (or at your choice). Set your background color to #182142 (or at your choice). Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels. Flood fill your image with your background color. Step 2 Copy tube 'Cora'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten). Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings: Effects - Plugins - FunHouse - Circus Maximus - default settings - see image below: Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings: Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory Gallery V - Picture Chopper - with these settings: Step 3 Layers - New raster layer. Click on your Selection tool - Custom selection - with these settings: Selections - Invert. Flood fill the selection with your foreground color. Selections - Select none. Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings: Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flexify 2 - with these settings: Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - Faltering diagonal - or with these settings: Change the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge. Layers - Duplicate. Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light. Step 4 Activate your bottom layer. Layers - Duplicate. Image - Resize - 80% - All layers not checked. Selections - Select all. Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat. Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame - with these settings: Selections - Select none. Layers - Duplicate. Step 5 Activate your top layer. Copy tube 'Ildiko_Desings_Created@Writing_Text'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings. Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light. Step 6 Layers - New raster layer. Flood fill this layer with your foreground color. Layers - New mask layer - From image - find mask '@ildiko_create_mask_free_066' - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge group. Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - default settings. Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip. Change the Blend mode of this layer to Dodge or at your choice. Step 7 Copy tube 'element Magnifique golfjes'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings: Step 8 Copy tube 'Element Magnifique Bloem'. Paste as a new layer on your working image. Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings: Layers - Merge - Merge down. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice. Step 9 Copy tube 'Cora'.
