This tutorial was made in PSP X6, but can also be made in the other versions.
For this tutorial you need the following plugins:
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass
Mehdi - Sorting Tiles
Mock - Windo
You can download the plugins
Place or install the plugins in your Plugin folder.
If you have to install plugins, you have to restart
your PSP, so they work immediately.
you can download the materials.
It contains: 6 tubes - 2 masks - 1 preset for EC 5: Impact - Preset Emboss 3.
Double click on the preset for EC, it's automatically in the right plugin.
Place preset Emboss_3 in your Preset folder.
Permission to use the tubes
One mask is by Noisette.
The tubes are by Lizztish and PSP Devils.
The other tubes and mask are unknown to me.

Step 1
Open the tubes and the masks in PSP - minimize them for now.
Set your foreground color to #f3c9bd (or at your choice).
Set your background color to #676a4d (or at your choice).
Open tube 'Magnifique_Alfakanaal' - this is your working image.
Flood fill your image with your background color.
Selections - Select all.
Copy tube 'AC Fashion - tubed by A PSP Devil'.
Back to your working image - paste into the selection
Selections - Select none
Step 2
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Mock - Windo - with these settings:
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Rotate - Free rotate - Left - 90 - nothing checked.
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - with these settings:
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.
Step 3
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with white.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - load mask '0_82b70_67cd7ce0_L' - with these settings:
0_82b70_67cd7ce0_L
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Custom plugin - Emboss_3 - default settings.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 80.
Step 4
Activate copy of Raster 1.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Selectie 1' - with these settings:
Selection - Promote selection to layer.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Overlay.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha - with these settings:
Step 5
Activate your top layer.
Layers - New raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with your background color.
Layers - New mask layer - From image - load mask 'masque43-noisette' - with these settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha - same settings as before.
Step 6
Copy tube 'Element 1 Unfinished Dream'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Selectie 2' - with these settings:
Activate your Selection tool - Rectangle - with these settings:
Select a rectangle from your crea - see image below:
Edit - Copy.
Paste as a new image - this is your pattern - Angle 50 - Scale 100 - see image below:
Selections - Select none.
Flood fill the small line with this pattern.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha - same settings as before.
Step 7
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Selectie 4' - with these settings:
Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.
Lower the Opacity of this layer to 70.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - °v° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Vedeowand - with these settings:
Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory Gallery J - Drink To Me: 15 - see image below:
Step 8
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk - load selection 'Selectie 4' - with these settings:
Set the Opacity back to 100.
Flood fill the boxes with your foreground color.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 10 pixels.
Press Delete.
Flood fill the selection with your pattern.
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass.
Activate tab Settings - find preset 'Magnique_Unfinished Dream'.
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha - same settings as before.
Step 9
Copy tube 'texte'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Step 10
Copy tube 'two-roses-two-glasses_lizztish'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place it in the middle, a little to the left - see main image.
Step 11
Copy tube 'Blokje Unfinished Dream'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Image effects - Offset - with these settings:
Step 12
Copy tube 'AC Fashion - tubed by A PSP Devil'.
Paste as a new layer on your working image.
Place her down and a little to the right - see main image.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - at your choice.
Step 13
Image - Add borders - Symmetric not checked - foreground color - with these settings:
Select this border with your Magic wand - with these settings:
Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel - foreground color - with these settings:
Selections - Select none.
Effects - Plugins - Nik Software - Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - Tonal Contrast - default settings - see image below:
Step 14
Layers - New raster layer.
Add your name and/or watermark.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).
Save your crea as a jpg file and you're done!
