This tutorial was made in PSP X2, but can also be made in the other versions.

For this lesson you need Animation Shop (AS)

and the following plugin:

It contains: 12 tubes - 1 font - 1 animation.

Open the font and minimize it.

The tubes are by BD, Christin, Elvira, Hanni and Voodoo4u2nv.

The other tubes are unknown to me.

If they are yours, please let me know so I can give you the proper credits.

Let the credit to the maker.

Step 1

Open the tubes in PSP - minimize them for now.

Set your foreground color to #ab0b0d (or at your choice).

Set your background color to #37170b (or at your choice).

Open a transparent image of 650 x 550 pixels.

Flood fill your image with your foreground color.

Step 2

Selections - Select all.

Layers - New raster layer.

Open tube 'Christin_Dark60_2009 rood goed' (or the grey one, at your choice).

Close the watermark layer.

Edit - Copy merged.

Back to your working image - Paste into the selection.

You can change the background color by:

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - enter here the value of the H and S.

Selections - Select none.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

Step 3

Copy tube 'AH_Vampier_Lady_1009_08'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 60% - All layers not checked.

Image - Mirror.

Place her left below.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - background color.

Step 4

Copy tube 'BD-Halloween-Moon1'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the moon in the upper right corner - see main image.

Step 5

Copy tube 'Bats'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Mirror.

Place them upper right on the moon - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - color white.

Step 6

Copy tube '3rdqhdbm'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it right below in the corner half against the edge - see main image.

Step 7

Copy tube 'elvirawitch stok'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her right below - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - color black.

Step 8

Copy tube '2(3)'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it right below, before the witch - see main image.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - color black.

Step 9

Copy tube 'stukje stok'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it against the bottom of the stick of the witch, so it looks if it is in the boiler.

Step 10

Activate layer 2.

Copy tube 'Ghost_By_VooDoo4u2nv'.

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place the ghost a little to the left and up.

Lower the Opacity of this layer to 53.

Step 11

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube 'Halloween tekst'.

(The font in the zip is not exactly the same as the text, but if you want to type your own text maybe you can use it.)

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the upper left corner.

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:

Vert and Hor 3 - Opacity 65 - Blur 3 - color white.

Step 12

Layers - New raster layer.

Add your name and/or watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Step 13

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked - 1 pixel - black.

Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations: click 1x upper left on Original - click right below on Darker - click upper right on OK.

Edit - Copy.

To AS: Edit - Paste - As a new animation.

Click 1x Ctrl+C - click 7x Ctrl+L (the letter l).

You now have 8 frames.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all.

Step 14

Open animation 'bubbsgold89' in AS.

Click in frame 1 - Edit - Select all - Edit - Copy.

Step 15

Back to your main animation.

Edit - Paste - In selected frame.

Place the animation in the boiler.

Animation - Frame properties - 20.

Step 16

View - Animation.

You now can see how your animation looks.

If you like it, click View - Animation again to end the animation.

Animation - Resize animation - Width 500 pixels.

Save your crea as a gif file and you're done!

If you got a screen, click 4x Next - click 1x Finish.
